Facing criminal charges is one of the most stressful moments a person can experience. Confusion, fear, uncertainty, and a sense of isolation are common — and entirely understandable. The criminal justice system is large, complex, and often intimidating.

That’s why Semper Fi P.I. exists: to help people navigate a system that can feel impossible to face alone. With experience on both sides of that system — in law enforcement and in criminal defense — I’ve learned that people don’t just need information; they need support, clarity, and someone willing to look deeper than the accusations on paper.

One of the most important principles in American justice is due process — the idea that every person is entitled to fairness, impartiality, and respect under the law.

Not some people.

It is not a courtesy.

It is a Constitutional promise — one that millions have served, fought, and sacrificed to defend.

A strong defense is not about “getting someone off.” It is about getting it right.

Private investigators play an essential part in that process. Our job is to:

My perspective is shaped by experience on both sides of the badge. That dual lens allows me to see patterns, procedures, and pitfalls others may miss — and to approach each case with a blend of constitutional commitment and practical understanding.

The patriotic imagery on my website — the scales of justice, the American flag, and symbols of the Marine Corps — is more than decoration. It reflects the values that guide my work:

These principles carried me through my time as a Marine, as a law enforcement officer, and now as a defense investigator. They are not separate chapters — they are one continuous oath.
